Service Description

These classes are directed at people living with health and/or mobility issues due to age, paralysis, amputation, spinal injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, dementia etc. All Yoga postures and movements are adapted, sometimes with the use of props and assistants to provide the practitioner the experience of the posture, no matter their situation, condition or lack of confidence. There is no need to be able to get up and down from the floor, and all venues are wheelchair accessible. The classes include physical movement for those who can, breathing exercises and guided relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus card processing fees). If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations: any cancellations made after this time (within 24 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class pass or refunded.
